Durable development is a type of resource applied with the purpose of allowing the assurance of fulfilling human necessities, while realizing the necessity of environment preservation, so that this necessities can be assured not only for now, but for the future too. Security is a guarantee for the development and facing the sources of instability are the first steps for right development.
