Crizele globale și problema valorii progresului tehnico-științific

Abstract

The technical and scientific progress, which is the fundamental element of technogenic civilization, brought near the development of humanity to its critical limits causing the appearance of global crises. The article analizes the most important issues caused by the technogenic civilization. In this context, it is emphasized the necessity of re-evaluation of the technical and scientific progress’ value criterias which includes, explicitly, social determinations and humanistic guidelines.
