Abstract:
The research shows that the development stages play a special role in the
dynamics of the scientific knowledge, related to the reform of research strategies, dictated by the changes of the philosophical foundations of science. These
stages became known as scientific revolutions. Each stage corresponds to certain norms and ideals that ensure the creation of the scientific picture of the
world – an essential element in the structure of the scientific conception. The
discovery of the new types of objects that cannot find their in the existing scientific pictures, requires the change of the research methods and a new vision
of reality. These lead to the radical reform of science and the establishment of
new types of scientific rationality, which, at the contemporary stage, require
the inclusion of axiological factors in the composition of explanatory theses.
