Abstract:
Being a leader is not a gift of or something inherent, but a combination of
individual-typological and socio-psychological qualities. Every person can be
a leader, but not everybody becomes a leader, the leadership potential is not
identical, both at the level of society and at the level of a social group. Leading
skills are developed through competences, exercise and effort, even if modesty,
lack of trust or lack of experience arise. Leadership is the science of personal
training, professional conduct and moral conscience.
