Abstract

The migration of healthcare professionals from the health system in the Republic of Moldova is one of the main problem that needs urgent solution. Among the main causes of this phenomenon are low pay and unsatisfactory working conditions. A study conducted in 2018 shows that most physicians and nurses consider themselves underpaid and unmotivated to remain working in the system.
