Competența acmeologică a personalității – factor relevant în dezvoltarea profesională a viitorului specialist în medicină

Abstract

The problem of acmeological competence of the personality of future specialists is in the focus of philosophical, acmeological, medico-social, psychological, pedagogical researches. The purpose of the study is to develop an acmeological concept of the training and development of professional subjectivity for future medical practitioners who will be able to solve complex professional problems of our changing society, as well as to identify the conditions, mechanisms and factors that make this process of adaptation to new educational standards more efficient.
