Rolul managementului strategic în dezvoltarea instituțiilor medicale

Abstract

Managers of medical institutions have to deal with many factors that are constantly changing. Strategic planning becomes an indispensable part of the development of the medical institution. In order to keep up with the progress and activate prodigiously for the benefit of the society, medical institutions have to plan efficiently the activity and correlate it with the real needs of the institution. This study demonstrated that medical institutions have a need for training in strategic management skills.
