A number of recent events have in creased the need for theuse of clinical simulation in the continuous education system. Essential factors are increased patients afety, the need for a new training model that is not exclusively based on study, standardized educational possibilities that are available on request, and the need to practice and honeskills in a controlle denvironment.The international guides in the field of medical training through simulation to use this method effectively for the entireduration of medical training.
