Tendințe contradictorii ale globalizării în contextul actual al evoluției planetare

Abstract

In this paper the author records some trends of evolution of the society from the perspective of the contemporary process of globalization. It highlights some crisis phenomena of current globalization, such as the increase of social-economic inequality at regional, interstate, and interpersonal level, as well as the crisis of migration and its consequences, the relationship between global and local in cultural context, and the phenomenon of nationalism and xenophobia.
