Abstract

We consider negative parameters of anthropogenic impact on increases in the levels of mutagenicity and the possibility of preserving pathological genotypes that ensure the preservation of alleles responsible for abnormal conditions (propensity to drug, alcohol, and other addictions). We analyse the manifestation and moraland-social consequences of drug and alcohol addiction, presenting the fundamental bioethical principles of relationships and interaction with people suffering from drug addiction.
