Abstract:
Modern new biotechnologists not only expanded the scientific field of research
in biology and medicine, but also created many ethical and legal issues, including
abortion, surrogacy, euthanasia, implantation, transplantation, the use of new
reproductive technologies and much more. The Universal Declaration on Bioethics
and Human Rights obliges Member States to use only the achievements in the field
of biological and medical sciences, based on respect for human rights and its fundamental freedoms.
