Abstract

The consequences of using convergent NBIC-technologies, especially in biology and medicine, are still unpredictable. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the ethical problems caused by these technologies and the search for solutions aimed at protecting human health and the environment is required. The prospects and possible consequences of convergence of NBIC- technologies, tools of social control that prevent or reduce the risks of their use are considered.
