Abstract

The performance of an organization depends largely on the professionalism and human qualities of the leader. Particularities that military leader presents compared to the civilian leader are generated by the existence of specific aspects for the military organization. Commanders have an important role in the education and behavior of subordinates. The symbiosis of professional and educational skills can provide efficiency in military troops leadership, as well as proving as a good commander.
