Abstract

The authors of the presented communication come with an analysis of the legal category of occupational safety and health, within the modern scientific space, having the specialized literature in Romania, a member state of the European community, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova. And, as a result, a new more similar definition of the notion of occupational safety and health is proposed (occupational safety).
