Abstract:
In order to establish the prevalence of risk factors for non-communicable diseases among employees of the National Agency for Public Health, a study was conducted by questioning 105 employees aged between 24 and 71 years, of which women
– 74 and men – 31. The questionnaire included various preventable risk factors for
non-communicable diseases. Such as appreciation of the daily diet and alcohol,
consumption, smoking, practicing physical exercises. It was found that almost a
third of employees do not follow the daily diet regime. It is necessary to rationalize
the set of foodstuffs, reduce the consumption of table salt, as well as regularly practice physical exercises and eliminate smoking among employees.
