Abstract:
Metabolic control and correction of pathological conditions are based on the presence of adequate biochemical criteria, the information content of which is largely
determined not only by the biological significance, but also by the level of integration of metabolic processes. So the information obtained in the analysis of the amino
acid spectrum in physiological fluids has not only a purely theoretical, but also
practical significance, which makes it promising to use amino acid analysis to
characterize metabolic homeostasis, including in some types of malignant tumors.
