Abstract.
Tissue therapy by means of the preserved graft of the cadaveric nerve
has become an established method. Our experience of more than 25 years
proved the effect of the applied procedure to depend on the patient’s previous treatment. The primary patients are efficiently cured after 3—4 procedures. Those who have been used conservative and destructive methods
before achieve good results gradually (after 10 sittings). And in those who
have undergone a course of radiotherapy previously (14 patients) the effect
of treatment is insignificant, with remissions lasting 2—3 months. So, we
have concluded that in the last group of patients the use of tissue therapy is
inefficient.
