Rezumat. Acest articol trece în revistă efectul erorilor şi complicaţiilor clinice survenite la restaurarea dinţilor endodontici cu ajutorul unei construcţii pivotate moderne, cum ar fi perforarea rădăcinii, discementarea construcţiilor
restaurative, discrepanţa considerabilă între diametrul canalului radicular
şi diametrul pivotului, fractura rădăcinii, fractura pivotului.
Summary. This article reviews the effect of clinical errors and complications in
the restoration of endodontically treated teeth with modern post tumbler
construction, such as perforation of the tooth root, discementation of a restoration constructions, significant discrepancy in the diameter of the root
canal and the diameter of the post, root fracture, post fracture. However,
procedural errors often are preventable.
