Abstract:
This article treats the level of anxiety and of the stress as a factor which can influence
respiratory and cardiac parameters. Also are described the basic notion of anxiety, stress and
some of the diseases which this conditions can cause. At the end are included some details about
the tests used to determine the level of anxiety and stress and the experimental results based on
this tests.
Lucrarea dată abordează nivelul anxietăţii şi stresului drept factor de influenţă asupra
parametrilor fiziologici respiratori şi cardiaci. Sunt descrise conceptele de bază despre anxietate,
stres, cît şi unele noţiuni despre tulburările legate de aceste stări. Totodată sunt incluse date
despre testele-chestionare utilizate cu scopul de a determina nivelurile anxietăţii şi stresului şi
lucrul practic efectuat de către autori pe baza acestor teste.
