Activitatea elastazei neutrofilice în politraumatism asociat cu leziunea pulmonară acută

Abstract

The purpose of this study has been to evaluate the activity of serum elastase in the patients with acute pulmonary disfunctions caused by ALI/ARDS associated polytraumatism. The patients with acute pulmonary disfunctions caused by polytraumatism were selected according to international standards. Elastaze is an enzyme that causes tissue lesions, primarily affecting the lungs and producing acute pulmonary disfunctions.The estimations of the serum levels of elastase allow the monitoring of the proteaze system and has an impact on the outcome and prognosis of the patient with polytraumatism.

Actualul studiu are drept scop: evaluarea activiţăii elastazei serice la pacienții cu disfuncţii pulmonare acute, cauzate de politraumatism, asociat cu ALI/ARDS. Pentru atingerea scopului dat au fost selectaţi pacienți cu disfuncţii pulmonare acute produse de politraumatism, după criteriile internaţionale, acceptate pentru termenul de politraumatism. Elastaza –este enzima ce produce leziuni tisulare, în primul rậnd la nivel pulmonar, unde apar disfuncţii pulmonare acute. Estimarea activităţii elastazei în serul sangvin va permite monitorizarea sistemului proteazic, pentru a presupune evoluţia politraumatismului şi aprecierea prognosticului.
