dc.description.abstract |
Chronic cough – the cough that persists for more than 3-4 weeks and is mainly a clinical
syndrome of illnesses with a seat in the respiratory tract, but other organs and systems can also be
involved in making the cough with recurrent characteristics.
Chronic cough is a sign that requires a multidisciplinary diagnostic approach with the
involvement of specialist doctors with different profiles and specializations. Nosological
polymorphism with multisystem involvement of chronic cough in children. Therapeutic management
will be elaborated and adjusted to the confirmed nosological entities. Monitoring of children will be
carried out in teams of family doctor - pediatrician - specialist doctor. |
