Introducere . Actualmente , numeroase deschideri a cabinetelor stomatologice ,anticipează variate posibilități de
alegere a cabinetelor prestatoare de servicii și sporește concurența .Astfel, pentru menținerea nivelului înalt de prestare a serviciilor , revizuirea permanentă a tipului de management- o necesitate. Scopul lucrării. Analiza și evaluarea
aspectelor privind rolul managementului în gestionarea cabinetelor stomatologice. Material și metode. Au fost supuse studiului descriptiv , populația a5 cabinete stomatologice
,lotul de studiu fiind:138 participanți. Colectarea datelor s-a
realizat prin chestionar autoadministrat compus din 22 întrebări în perioada decembrie 2022-februarie 2023.A fost
analizată documentația internă a cabinetelor și efectuată
analiza SWOT. Metoda de cercetare a fost una deductivă și
ancheta pe bază de chestionar. Rezultate. Evaluarea timpului limitat de așteptare a pacienților a înregistrat ca 87,6%
dintre pacienți să fie mulțumiți de serviciile prestate de cabinetul stomatologic , iar acordarea timpului și comunicării
pacientului determină un indicator de calitate în gestionarea cabinetului stomatologic. De asemenea,73,18% au fost
satisfăcuți de condițiile prestate de cabinetele stomatologice; 92,75% mulțumiți de atitudinea personalului medical,
iar 56,52% au ales cabinetul dentar în baza reputațiilor medicilor și nu în dependență de costul tratamentelor. Potrivit
analizei SWOT, cabinetele trebuie să aleagă o strategie de
așteptare cu dezvoltări de scurt timp, luând în considerare
că există aspecte ce țin de risc și elemente slabe a organizației .Concluzii. Potrivit analizei SWOT, cabinetele trebuie

prezentă la nivel activ, și necesită a fi reabordată de către

providing services and increase the competition. Thus, in
order to maintain the high level of service provision, the
permanent revision of the type of management- a necessity.

dental offices. Materials and Methods. They were subjected to the descriptive study, the population of 5 dental
offices, the study group being: 138 participants. The data
collection was done through a self-administered questionnaire composed of 22 questions between December 2022

The research method was a deductive one and the survey
based on questionnaires. Results. The evaluation of the limited waiting time of the patients recorded that 87.6% of
the patients were satisfied with the services provided by the
dental office, and the granting of time and communication
to the patient determines a quality indicator in the management of the dental office. In addition, 73.18% were satisfied
with the conditions provided by the dental offices; 92.75%
satisfied with the attitude of the medical staff, and 56.52%
chose the dental office based on the reputations of the doctors and not depending on the cost of the treatments. According to the SWOT analysis, the cabinets must choose a
waiting strategy with short-term developments, taking into
account that there are aspects related to risk and weak elements of the organization. Conclusions. According to the
