Acţiunea entomopreparatelor asupra imunităţii umorale şi celulare

Abstract

Human body's immune imbalance remains an issue of our days. Numerous studies have been devoted to immunomodulatory preparations that try to solve a treatment for a whole string of immunodeficiencies.The department of pharmacology and clinical pharmacology with The Laboratory of Immunology and Immunochemistry of The Institute of Phthisiopneumology "Chiril Draganiuc" studied new entomological drugs, obtained from insect Lepidoptera at different stages of development. Taking into acount their lipoprotein composition, entomological preparations can be considered drug with some important immunostimulatory potential. Another argument for the possible immunomodulatory activity is the insect immune system, which will enable to ensure the coexistence of these living organisms in unfavorable environmental conditions.

Dezechilibrul imunitar al organismului uman ramîne a fi o problemă a contemporanităţii. Numeroase studii au fost dedicate preparatelor imunomodulatoare, care încearcă să soluţioneze tratamentul şirului întreg de imunodeficienţe. În cadrul catedrei farmacologie şi farmacologie clinică împreună cu laboratorul de imunologie şi imunochimie al Institutului de Ftiziopneumologie “Chiril Draganiuc” au fost studiate preparate noi de origine entomologica, obţinute din insecte Lepidoptera la diferit stadiu de dezvoltare. Ţinând cont de componenţa lor lipoproteică, preparatele entomologice pot fi considerate nişte compuşi cu potenţial imunostimulator important. Un alt argument referitor la posibila acţiune imunomodulatoare este sistemul imunitar al insectelor, capabil să asigure coexistenţa acestor organisme vii în condiţii nefavorabile ale mediului.
