Utilizarea hepatiprotectoarelor în tratamentul ambulator al hepatitelor cronice

Abstract

Silymarine manifested beneficial effects in pathogenetical treatment of chronic viral hepatitis due to antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antiviral and antifibrotic effects. Silymarine treatment is recommended in case when antiviral therapy is not indicated, in the period of remission after etiotrop treatment or when there are absolute contraindications.

Silimarina a manifestat acţiune benefică în tratamentul patogenetic al hepatitelor virale cronice prin efectul antioxidant, antiinflamator, imunomodulator, antifibrotic şi antiviral. Tratamentul cu silimarină se recomandă a fi efectuat în cazul când nu sunt indicaţii pentru terapia antivirală, în perioada de remisie după tratamentul etiotrop sau în caz de contraindicaţii absolute pentru prepartele antivirale.
