Utilizarea silimarinei şi ademetioninei în tratamentul complex al pacienţilor cu ciroză hepatică

Abstract

The complex treatment of patients with hepatic cirrhosis with silymarine and ademetionine improved the cytolytic and cholestatic syndrome, blood count parameters due to antihypoxants, membranostabilizing, anticolestatice, cytoprotective properties and improving the synthetic function of the liver. These studies confirm that silymarine and ademetionine are pathogenic drugs in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis of different origin: alcohol, toxic, drugs and viral.

Tratamentul complex al pacienţilor cu ciroză hepatică cu silimarină şi ademetionină a contribuit la ameliorarea sindromului citolitic şi colestatic, parametrilor hemoleucogramei datorită proprietăţilor antioxidante, antihipoxante, membranostabilizatoare, anticolestatice, citoprotectoare, detoxicante şi de ameliorare a funcţiei sintetice a ficatului. Aceste efecte confirmă faptul, că silimarina şi ademetionina sunt preparate patogenetice în tratamentul cirozei hepatice de diferită origine: alcoolică, toxică, medicamentoasă, virală.
