Abstract:
Breast cancer associated with pregnancy presents a current problem
that imposes both challenges, but also multiple peculiarities of diagnosis,
complex treatment, rehabilitation, etc. Being at the intersection of different
medical disciplines, specific methodologies are also required to solve the
pregnancy depending on its semester, but also on the tumor process, TNM
stage, histological and immunohistochemical forms, tumor aggressiveness, complex treatment, etc. At the same time, the problem also imposes
bioethical and even legal particularities, highlighting the role of institutional bioethical commissions and specialized methodological councils,
determined by a scientifically argued organizational chart and practically
presented by the author.
