Particularități etice în aplicarea leadership-ului militar

Abstract

In this article, the ethical particularities reflect those principles without which military activity cannot be conceived. Military leadership is directly related to the highest human values, and each military must be sensitive to moral values, show understanding and total belonging to them. For soldiers, duty, integrity, courage, honor are not only moral imperatives to opt for, but are professional obligations whose violation is subject to disciplinary sanctions. The potential of an effective leader is manifested in his professionalism to combine them with his knowledge and actions.
