Conţinutul polifenolic în extracte uscate de Hypericum perforatum L. din flora Republicii Moldova

Abstract

For the first time there have been obtained dry extracts of aerial parts, flowers, leaves, stems of Hypericum perforatum L. from the flora of the Republic of Moldova. It has been determined the degree of extraction of polyphenols in different ethanol concentrations; polyphenolic content in dry extracts from the vegetative products (aerial parts, flowers, leaves, stems) of Hypericum perforatum L. by spectrophotometric method. The qualitative analysis was performed by thin layer chromatography (TLC).

Pentru prima dată s-au obţinut extracte uscate din părţile aeriene, flori, frunze, tulpini de Hypericum perforatum L. din flora Republicii Moldova. S-a determinat: gradul de extracţie a polifenolilor în etanol de diverse concentraţii; conţinutul polifenolic în extracte uscate din produse vegetative (părţi aeriene, flori, frunze, tulpini) de Hypericum perforatum L. prin metoda spectrofotometrică. S-a efectuat analiza calitativă prin cromatografie pe strat subţire (CSS).
