CARACTERISTICA SISTEMULUI AUTOHTON DE PRODUCERE A MEDICAMENTELOR

Abstract

The pharmaceutical industry has found its development resources at the beginning of 20-30 years of twentieth century, today being the first among industries that invest in research and development. Moldova is currently at the stage of medicine’s market globalization. Since 2006, it has being represented a dynamic evolution by increasing number of pharmaceutical companies. There has been an increasing in the share of indigenous medicines in the pharmaceutical market, which is 18.1% of the total number of authorized medicinal products in the Republic of Moldova. The share of indigenous medicines from those with major social importance is 65,15% of all those found in the list, and in the OTC list the domestic products are 26.25%.

Industria farmaceutică şi-a găsit resursele în dezvoltare la începutul anilor 20-30 ai secolului XX, astăzi fiind prima în topul industriilor care investesc în cercetare şi dezvoltare. Actualmente Republica Moldova se află în etapa globalizării pieţei medicamentului. Începând cu anul 2006, aceasta prezintă o evoluţie dinamică, numărul întreprinderilor farmaceutice majorându-se. Se atestă o majorare a ponderii medicamentelor indigene pe piaţa farmaceutică, ceea ce constituie 18,1% din numărul total al medicamentelor autorizate în Republicii Moldova. Cota parte a medicamentelor indigene din cele de importanţă socială majoră constituie 65,15% din totalitatea celor regăsite în listă, iar în lista OTC cele autohtone constituie 26,25%.
