Comentarii asupra unor serii de cazuri clinice de chisturi mezenteriale la copii

Abstract

Rezumat. Studiul dat evaluiază 8 cazuri clinice cu analiza posibilităților de diagnostic, tratament, inclusiv etiopatogenia, incidența, clasificările actuale ale chistelor mezenteric. Autorii au benificiat de experiența pe 8 cazuri clinice de chiste ale mezenterului cu localizări diverse. S-a efectuat un studiu clinic, imagistic, bioumoral, patomorfologic, imunohistochimic. Rezultatele studiului se adaugă celor cunoscute în literatură, înglobând astfel acest aspect de patologie chirurgicală mai rar întâlnită la copii.

Summary. This study is based on 8 observations, discusses the possibilities of diagnosis, treatment, including etiopathogenesis, morbidity, modern classifications of mesenteric cysts. Based on the experience of 8 clinical cases of mesenteric cysts of various localization on the mesentery, the authors conduct their clinical, imaging, biohumoral, pathomorphological, immunohistochemical studies. The results of the study are complemented by data from the literature, thus covering this aspect of surgical pathology, which is less common in children.
