Introducere. Conceptul de „Restabilire morfo-funcțională” constituie reabilitarea țesutului dur al dinților afectați
de carie, traumatism sau alți factori declanșatori, prin restabilirea funcției acestora și redarea unui aspect identic cu cel
al dinților naturali.
Scopul lucrării. Evaluarea diferenței rezultatului estetic și funcțional în tratamentul afecțiunilor de origine carioasă
și necarioasă a grupului lateral de dinți utilizând 2 tehnici: modernă și clasică, cât și 2 materiale compozite.
Materiale şi metode. Studiul descriptiv. Au fost analizați 30 de pacienți – 17 bărbați și 13 femei, cu vârsta între
18-60 ani, timp de un an (2024-2025), care necesitau restabilirea grupului lateral de dinți, în urma cariei dentare sau
traumatismului. A fost analizată anamneza actualei maladii, examenul clinic și paraclinic.
Rezultate. Astfel, pacienții supuși tratamentului prin tehnica Stamp au beneficiat de o precizie ocluzală de 95%,
iar tehnica clasică 80%. Pentru compararea materialelor, au fost stabilite câteva criterii. Privind criteriul redării formei
anatomice, 13 obturații din 15 (87%) cu compozitul Clearfil Majesty ES Flow redau mai bine morfologia coronară și doar
10 obturații din 15 (67%) cu compozitul Evetric. Conform criteriului forței suportate, 14 din 15 pacienți (93%) tratați cu
compozitul Evetric au fost satisfăcuți de rezistența obturației și doar 11 din 15 pacienți (73%) tratați cu Clearfil Majesty
ES Flow. După stabilitatea culorii în timp, 14 obturații din 15 (93%) cu Evetric au prezentat o mai bună rezistență cromatică,
și doar 13 obturații din 15 (87%) cu Clearfil Majesty ES Flow.
Concluzii. S-a constatat că tehnica Stamp redă mai bine morfologia coronară, datorită restabilirii individuale, în
comparație cu tehnica clasică ce are la bază principiul teoretic. Referitor la materialele compozite s-a stabilit că alegerea
corectă a acestora în funcție de caz va influența estetica, biocompatibilitatea și durabilitatea tratamentului.
Background. The concept of „Morpho-functional Restoration” refers to the rehabilitation of the hard tissues affected
by caries, trauma, or any other triggering factors, by restoring their function and achieving an appearance similar
to that of natural teeth.
Objective of the study. Evaluation of the difference between the aesthetic and functional outcomes in the treatment
of carious and non-carious diseases of the lateral group of teeth using two different modelling techniques: modern
and classic, and two composite materials.
Material and Methods. This is a descriptive study. A number of 30 patients were analyzed – 17 men and 13 women,
aged between 18 and 60 years, over the period of one year (2024-2025). They required the restoration of lateral group
of teeth due to caries or trauma. The study included the anamnesis of the current condition, as well as the clinical and
paraclinical examinations.
Results. According to the study, patients treated using the Stamp technique have achieved an occlusal accuracy
of 95%, whereas those treated using a conventional technique reached 80% accuracy. Several criteria have been established
in order to compare the materials. According to the criterion of restoring the anatomical shape, 13 out of 15 fillings
(87%) implemented with Clearfil Majesty ES Flow better replicated the coronal morphology, compared to only 10 out of
15 (67%) implemented with Evetric composite. According to the force resistance criterion, 14 out of 15 patients (93%)
treated with Evetric composite were satisfied with the results, compared to only 11 out of 15 patients (73%) treated with
Clearfil Majesty ES Flow. When evaluating the colour steadiness over time, 14 out of 15 restorations (93%) with Evetric
exhibited a better chromatic resistance, compared to only 13 out of 15 restorations (87%) with Clearfil Majesty ES Flow.
Conclusions. According to the results of the clinical study, it was established that the Stamp technique restores
coronal morphology more effectively due to its individualized approach, compared to the classic technique, which is
based on a theoretical principle. Regarding composite materials, it was ascertained that their right selection based on the
specific case influences the aesthetics, biocompatibility, and durability of the treatment.
