dc.description.abstract Background Decidualization is the process of growth of stromal cells of the endometrium into decidual ones that begin around the spiral arteries and subsequently spread to the entire endometrium during the late secretory phase of the menstrual cycle. Features of the development of cytotrophoblast migration during a tubal pregnancy are of great interest. This is explained not only by the possibility of obtaining a more complete understanding of the properties of the cytotrophoblast and the mechanisms of the development of its invasion in ectopic conditions, but also by establishing a treatment. Material and methods This publication represents a review of the literature on the physiological changes of the endometrium in particular in the case of the presence of the gestational sac in the Fallopian tube. Results Ectopic cytotrophoblastic invasion possesses events similar to the uterine one: its onset coincides with the period of formation of mesenchymal villi and the source of invasive cytotrophoblast are anchor villi with the destination of three zones of the depth of invasion, accompanied by gestational reorganization of the arteries, as a result chorial villi can sometimes be limited to the envelopes of the mucous of the endosalpinx or overcome the muscular and serous tunic, with perforation of the Fallopian tube. Conclusions In all of the cases, regardless of the pathogenic variant of tubal pregnancy, different degrees of severity of dystrophy transformation of the villous chorion are determined locally or diffusely. en_US
