Studiul chimico-farmaceutic al metoprololului

Abstract

There was elaborated the TLC method of metoprolol identification by using five develop systems. We performed specifical identification reactions . Spectrophotometric method of quantitative determination for metoprolol in powder and tablets of 0.05 g were elaborated, as well as HPLC method was elaborated in order to determine the purity of substance. Usind the analytical methods elaborated by us over the artificial biological test, there was extracted metoprolol from biological liquids (blood plasma, urine). Having considered the elaborated methods as specific and reproductive they are recommended for the study of metoprolol in biological liquids.

Au fost aplicate reacţii de identificare, cromatografia în strat subţire, utilizând doua sisteme de solvenţi. Am utilizat metoda spectrofotometrică pentru identificarea şi dozarea metoprololului în pulbere şi comprimate de 0,05 g. Spectrometria în IR s-a folosit cu scopul determinarii structurii chimice ale preparatulului, precum şi metoda HPLC de identificare în pulbere. Am determinat condiţiile optime de extracţie a substanţei în probe biologice “în vitro”. Dat fiind faptul, că metodele folosite sunt specifice şi reproductive ele se recomandă pentru studierea metoprololului în lichide biologice.
