Abstract:
We have studied 55 patients with liver cirrhosis in different stages of the disease. There were 31 men and 24 women with mean age 50,3±0,7. These patients were divided in 3 groups depending on the Child-Pugh classification and 3 groups depending on the treatment. We have compared the numerical disturbances and function of thrombocytes factors in these groups. There were registered significant differences of thrombocytes disturbances between groups depending on the stage of disease and some differences depending on the treatment.
Lotul de studiu a fost reprezentat de 55 pacienţi cu ciroză hepatică în diferit stadiu al bolii, 31de bărbaţi şi 24 de femei cu vârsta medie 50,3±0,7. Pacienţii au fost divizaţi în 3 grupuri în funcţie de clasificarea Child-Pugh a cirozei hepatice şi în 3 grupuri în funcţie de tratamentul aplicat. Au fost estimaţi şi comparaţi parametrii trombocitari în aspect cantitativ şi calitativ. S-au înregistrat diferenţe semnificative în grupuri conform stadiului bolii şi unele diferenţe ale parametrilor în funcţie de tratamentul aplicat.
