Abstract:
The effects of intravenous laser irradiation on systemic hemodynamics indixes in chronic pulmonary obstructive disease exacerbation have been studied. Complex investigation in 72 patients with chronic pulmonary obstructive disease exacerbation who were divided in to comparable groups – main (n=40) and screening group (n=32) has been performed. Patients, who constituted screening group receiving traditional treatment, while main group treatment was supplemented by 10 daily intravenous laser irradiation, 20 minutes each procedure. Effectiveness increase of chronic pulmonary obstructive disease treatment on application of intravenous laser irradiation has been revealed. In 82% cases, hemodynamics type from hyperkinetic to normokinetik has been changed. The introduction of intravenous laser irradiation course in chronic pulmonary obstructive disease treatment is rational in conclusion has been demonstrated.
