Abstract:
A group of patient (377), primary detected in 2007 year who token treatment in the municipal tuberculosis hospital Chisinau, have been studied, 139 (36,9%) per cent with dilated process, bacillary forms 158 (41,9%) has been registred. Begening subacute of the disease was characteristic in 63,1 per cent of cases. 34,2 per cent of cases had different tuberculosis “masks”, respiratory “masks” being predominant. 30,8 per cent of patients, who received nespecifical treatment until estabilished clinical diagnostic. Detection was 248(65,8) per cent by active and 129(34,2) per cent of cases by profilactical examination.
A fost analizat un lot de 377 bolnavi primar depistaţi în a. 2007, care s-au aflat la tratament în staţionarul municipal de tuberculoză Chişinău. Forme extinse de tuberculoză pulmonară s-au înregistrat la 139(36,9%), bacilifere la 158 (41,9%) cazuri. Debutul subacut al bolii a fost la 63,1%. Diferite “măşti” ale tuberculozei au avut 34,2% din bolnavi, au predominat “măştile” aparatului respirator. Din totalul bolnavilor analizaţi, au efectuat tratament nespecific pîna la precizarea diagnosticului clinic 30,8% pacienţi. Au fost depistaţi prin adresare 248 (65,8%); prin examen profilactic -129(34,2%) cazuri.
