dc.description.abstract The investigation on 108 patients allows us to conclude on the following: the clinical and the evolutional peculiarities of the minor intra-cerebral haemorrhages were defined. There were found differences between the clinical symptoms and the evolution of the intra-cerebral haemorrhages in the debut on the opposite to those of big dimensions. In the debut there can be mentioned the same clinical manifestations in the ischemic stroke and the minor haemorrhagic stroke.
