Abstract:
Depressive situations appeore in childhood or adolescence, remaining undiagnosed, or being interpreted as „age crisis”. In children and adolescents, the depressive situations are atypical, with a polymorphic manifestation, evolving on a mixed affective background, manifesting specific peculiarities: the affective component of the depression is unstable and undifferentiated; the increased level of anxiety persists; ideative intrusions manifest with especially high intensity; the psychopathiform behaviour has been prevailed.
Stările depresive adeseori debutează în copilărie sau adolescenţă, rămânând nediagnosticate, sau fiind interpretate drept „crize de vârstă”. La copii şi adolescenţi stările depresive sunt atipice, manifestă polimorfism clinic, evoluează, pe fondal afectiv mixt, prezentând unele particularităţi specifice: componenta afectivă a depresiei este instabilă şi nedifererenţiată; persistă nivelul crescut de anxietate; intruziunile ideative se manifestă deosebit de intens; predomină comportamentul psihopatiform.
