Summary
This article presents the surgical treatment of children with pilonidal cysts. The
article describes the diagnosis of pilonidal cysts. A classification of the disease is
presented, based on which treatment strategies are proposed depending on the stage. The
article presents the types of surgical treatment and their application depending on the
complexity of the fistulas. The methods and advantages of modern minimally invasive
treatment methods in the treatment of pilonidal cysts are described.

În acest articol se prezintă tratamentul chirurgical al copiilor cu chisturi pilonidale.
În articol este descris diagnosticul chisturilor pilonidale. Este prezentată o clasificare a
bolii, pe baza căreia sunt propuse strategii de tratament în funcție de stadiu.
În articol se prezintă tipurile de tratament chirurgical și aplicarea acestora în funcție
de complexitatea fistulelor. Sunt descrise metodele și avantajele metodelor de tratament
minim invazive moderne în tratamentul chisturilor pilonidale.
