Aspecte morfofuncţionale ale structurilor cu ciclomorfoze

Abstract

Morphofunctional aspects of the structures with cyclomorphoses Our research was performed on a cohort of 59 ovaries without primary or/ and secondary lesions. The ovaries were taken from new-born girls and from women 21-64 aged postpartum; 94 specimens of endometrium were taken from new-born girls after necropsy and from women after abortion or after surgery performed in the gynecological section of the clinical hospital Filantropia in Craiova. The goal of our study was to establish the ontogenetical and functional dynamics of the substructures of organs with cyclomorphoses, which are important for tumoral, non-tumoral pathology, and especially for establishing the functional dynamics of the endometrium and of the ovarian follicle. Correlation of the morphofunctional aspects with the bibliographic data offered us the possibility to establish a guide of histological data concerning endometrium, which is very important for fertility.

Studiul nostru a fost efectuat pe un lot de 59 ovare fără leziuni primare şi/sau secundare prelevate de la nou-născute şi femei cu vârste cuprinse între 21-64 ani postpartum; 94 endometre recoltate de la nou-născute în urma necropsiei şi produse de chiuretaj sau piese operatorii din secţia de ginecologie a spitalului clinic Filantropia Craiova. Studiul a fost efectuat în scopul urmăririi dinamicii ontogenetice şi funcţionale a substructurilor organelor cu ciclomorfoze importante pentru patologia tumorală, non-tumorală, dar in special pentru evidenţierea dinamicii funcţionale a endometrului şi foliculului ovarian. Corelarea aspectelor morfofuncţionale cu datele din literatura de specialitate ne-a oferit posibilitatea stabilirii unui ghid de datare histologică a endometrului, foarte important pentru fertilitate.
