dc.description.abstract As a matter of fact, the stress has been called the discase of the 21 st century. It represents a syndrome of adaptation which the man performs as a result of the violence of the environment. Doctors say:”It does not matter the events which happen around us but the way we react to them. The stress has a destructive effect on the eguilibrium state at the level of different organs and tissues. That`s why,be responsible for life and the stress will ignore you!
