Epiteliul şi stroma în neoplaziile colului uterin (articol de sinteză)

Abstract

Epithelial changes from preneoplastic lesions (dysplasia), preinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma, caused by the HPV infection are detailed described. Although that data from the last years have been well demonstrated the main importance of growth factors secreted by the stromal cells with mesenchymal origin for proliferation, diferentiation and morphogenesis of the epithelial structures, studying the connective stroma’s changes inside the lesions metioned above have been remaining in shadow till recently. The connective stroma plays an important role in nutrition and supporting of the tumour prenchyme, which permanently growths.

Rezumat Schimbările care se produc în epiteliu în cadrul infecţiei cu papilomavirusuri, în procesele precanceroase (displazii), în carcinomul preinvaziv şi cel invaziv al colului uterin sunt expuse în numeroase lucrări ştiinţifice, rămânând în umbră modificările stromei conjunctive în leziunile menţionate, deşi datele din ultimii ani demonstrează că factorii de creştere secretaţi de celulele de origine mezenchimală din stroma conjunctivă au un rol important în proliferarea, diferenţierea şi morfogeneza structurilor epiteliale. Stroma conjunctivă joacă un rol important în alimentarea şi suportul parenchimului tumoral, aflat în permanentă creştere.
