Metodă instrumental-morfologică în diagnosticul particularităţilor morfo – funcţionale ale ficatului în hidatidoza hepatică la copii

Abstract

Our researches deal connected with intraoperatory puction-biopsy of the liver by using of a semiautomatic device Bard Magnum Biopsy System in order to assess themorphopatological features of the hepatic parenchyma in the hepatic hidatidosis. As a result, were established that the method is an effective one, which provides you with enough information in order to make a substantial conclusion about the morphopatological features of the affected and contra lateral parts of the liver, at the distance from the chist, enabling to determine the nature, intensity and activity of pathological processes in the hepatic hydatidosis before echinocectomia. Some additional trauma that can affect the liver, that plays a decisive role in the administration of an appropriate therapy and are very important in the postoperative period.

Cercetările efectuate vizează de aprecierea particularităţilor morfopatologice ale parenchimului hepatic in vivo în hidatidoza hepatică, prin puncţie-biopsie intraoperatorie a ficatului, cu utilizarea dispozitivului semiautomat Bard Magnum Biopsy Sistem – metodă elaborată întru optimizarea diagnosticului. Ca rezultat, s-a stabilit o informativitate optimă în aprecierea particularităţilor morfofuncţionale ale ficatului la distanţă de chist în lobul afectat şi în cel controlateral. Metoda contribuie la stabilirea corelaţiilor etiopatogenetice dintre caracterul morfologic al metacitodului, activitatea vitală a acestuia, expresia lezională în parenchimul hepatic şi a reflecţiunilor clinice, ce facilitează conduita terapeutică optimă postoperatorie întru restabilirea capacităţii morfofuncţionale a ficatului.
