Abstract:
We studied the influence of copper coordinative compounds CMT-28 and CMT-67 and their combination with cyanobacterial remedy BioR on hepatic lysosomal proteases activity in intoxication with propylene glycol (PG). It was established that PG enhance statistically conclusive the activity of cathepsines D, G, L, H, B and leucinaminopeptidase in rat liver. All studied remedies in low doses (1 g/kg) reduced statistically reliable leucineaminopeptidase activity, CMT-28 and CMT-67+BioR influenced cathepsin H activity and CMT-67+BioR - cathepsin L activity. In high doses (10 mg/kg) statistically conclusive was reduced only the activity of cathepsin G by CMT-67, CMT-67+BioR, CMT-28+BioR and cathepsin H activity by CMT-28 + BioR.
