Abstract:
It was studied a new drug of entomologic origin – imupurin, obtained from Lepidoptera pupae, as a monotherapy for AIDS infected patient. The usage of this drug during 9 months leads to descrease of viral load (from 35 400 to < 400 ) – aspects that shows a direct and indirect antiretroviral action of the drug. CD4 level did not decline that estimate the good immunotrop action. The action of imupurin can be explained by a rich componence of amino acids and olygopeptides able to stimulate the links of immune system.
A fost studiat în premieră un nou preparat de origine entomologică-imupurin, obţinut din insecte Lepidoptera, la stadiul de pupă, în monoterapia unui pacient cu infecţia HIV. Administrarea timp de 9 luni a preparatului a condus la micşorarea încărcăturii virale (de la 35400 u.c. pînă la <400 u.c.), date care denotă acţiunea directa sau indirecta antivirală a preparatului. Nivelul limfocitelor CD4 nu s-a micşorat în dinamică, ceia ce relevă a acţiune benefică imunotropă. Acţiunea imupurinului poate fi explicată prin componenţa sa bogată în aminoacizi imunogeni şi oligopeptide capabile să stimuleze verigile sistemului imun.
