Boala castleman: caracteristica clinico – histopatologică şi imunohistochimică

Abstract

This paper represents a case of Castleman`s disease, investigated clinically, histopathologically and immunohistochemicallly. It was studied in right inguinal lymph node, that was surgically removed. Based on histological examination was established the diagnosis of lymph nodal angiofollicular hyperplasia (Castleman`s disease). The microscopic features of proliferative process was described; the histological forms, treatment and prognosis of disease, also were discussed.

Lucrarea reprezintă descrierea unui caz de boală Castleman, cu analiza clinică, histopatologică şi imunohistochimică a materialului postoperator. A fost studiată formaţiunea tumorală din regiunea inghinală dreaptă, înlăturată chirurgical. În baza examenului histologic s-a stabilit diagnosticul de hiperplazie angiofoliculară a ganglionilor limfatici (boala Castleman). Sunt descrise aspectele microscopice ale procesului proliferativ respectiv,de asemenea, sunt discutate formele histologice, aspectele de tratament şi de prognostic a maladiei.
