Eficacitatea utilizării dovisanului în tratamentul complex al leziunilor ulceroase duodenale

Abstract

Comparative clinical efficacy of treatment with Dovisan- a vegetable produce-oil, in association with the standard triple therapy has been studied in patients with ulcerous lessions of the duodenum. It has been established a better influence of the evolution of the ulcerous defect by an earlier disappearing of pain and dyspeptic syndromes and faster shrinking of the diameter of the defect, an earlier disappearing of inflammatory syndrome of the duodenal mucosa in comparison with the usage of standard therapy only.

Dovisanul-uleiul din seminţe de dovleac în asociere cu terapia triplă standard pantoprazolclaritromicină-amoxicilină la pacienţii cu leziuni ulceroase duodenale exercită influenţă mai benefică asupra evoluţiei leziunilor ulceroase, prin diminuarea mai precoce a sindromului algic şi dispeptic, cicatrizarea mai intensă a leziunilor ulceroase, diminuare mai rapidă a procesului inflamator în mucoasă în comparaţie cu pacienţii, trataţi doar conform schemei clasice.
