Rezultatele studiului clinic „ Evaluarea eficacităţii şi inofensivităţii preparatului medicamentos neamon- hepa în tratamentul hepatitelor virale cronice şi a cirozei hepatice”

Abstract

The introduction in the modern medical practice of innovations for the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis is of particular importance. The Combined drug Neamon-hepa contains the following active Ingredients: Arginine aspartate, spironolactone and indigenous drug -BioR. A Clinical Trial was conducted on Neamon-hepa. The results from this study indicate that the treatment of viral chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis showed that the drug Neamon-hepa is characterized by the ability to manifest hepatoprotective effect, as evidenced by improvement in functional capacity of the liver and the reduction of portal hypertension. Implementarea în practica medicală a inovaţiilor contemporane pentru tratamentul hepatitelor virale cronice şi cirozei hepatice prezintă o actualitate deosebită. Preparatul medicamentos combinat indigen Neamon-hepa conţine următoarele principii active: aspartatul de arginină, BioR şi spironolactona. Asupra preparatului dat s-a desfăşurat studiu clinic. Datele obţinute în acest studiu relevă că în tratamentul hepatitelor cronice şi a cirozei hepatice este indicat preparatul medicamentos Neamon-hepa, caracterizat prin proprietatea sa de hepatoprotecţie, evidenţiată prin ameliorarea capacităţii funcţionale hepatice, precum şi reducerea nivelului de hipertensiune portală.
