Abstract:
Entoheptin, imuheptin, less imupurin prevent the hepatotoxic action of CCl4 and
paracetamol through maintainance of total antioxidant activity and diminishing of initial, of
intermediate and final hydroperoxides fromation
Entoheptinul, imuheptinul şi, într-o măsură mai mică, imupurinul preîntâmpină acţiunea
hepatotoxică a CCl4 şi paracetamolului prin menţinerea activităţii antioxidante totale şi
diminuarea formării hidroperoxizilor iniţiali, intermediari şi finali.
