Indicatorii financiari ai instituţiei medicale – element important în decizia managerială

Abstract

In this article are analyzed some financial indicators that is an important factor for decisions in management. The abilities of manager of medical institutions are to analyze financial accounts and the reports that are very important. This factor will allow to manage and to show the difficulties of organizations, the possible risks and the level of profitability which will create the foundation of preparation and making decisions in short, middle and long time.

În lucrarea dată sunt analizaţi indicatorii financiari, ca factor important în decizia managerială. Sunt importante abilitaţile managerilor instituţiilor medicale în analiza rapoartului financiar. Aceasta va permite managerilor sa evidentieze dificultatile organizatiei, posibilele riscuri, nivelul rentabilitatii ce vor forma o baza pentru pregatirea si luarea deciziilor pe termen scurt, mediu si lung.
